I love that idea, though I would prefer something on the character (Becuase I like to switch often just for variety). But certainly a very, very good solution you illustrated.

We need one tab for each character though. I think people would be willing to pay quite a bit for this if ANET wants another gold sink.

But probably won't happen. Anet seems to want us to struggle with storage space. The storage tab update was great and the festival hat maker helps too but still isn't enough with all the other stuff one can collect in this game. I've had to resort to MULE characters, boo!
