adding sound to gamecam videos

ok so i have made my video from gamcam and i want to add music to it. and shorten the vdieo by speeding it up how wouldi do this

Video editing software such as adobe premiere or Sony Vegas.

Windows Movie Maker works too, although you'll be limited in your number of options. (It's free, so don't expect much)

Adobe Audition works as well..as does cubase.
