Using 2 E/x Hero queries

1) I've recently upgraded from just Prophesies to EotN + NF + Factions. In doing so I have discovered i like Hero's much better than mere henchmen.

I currently have Vekk & the Centaur and was wondering how well 1 Fire specced + 1 Water specced would work, specifically

Searing Flames + Glowing Gaze
Steam + Water Trident + Shard Storm

as the main condition/damage spammable part of the 2 builds

2) Can Ele Hero's make effective use of Glyph of Restoration/Elemental Power without the need of constant micro management ?

The best use of a Fire and Water ele in a group that I can think of is to use the Water ele to snare the enemies to keep them in the Fire ele's AoE skills.

I wouldn't use a pure water ele in PvE since Deep Freeze works fine at 0 spec. Just really costly so you might have to micro it, unless you're runnin somethin like Ether Renewal.
