PlayNC support is SOOOO bad

Just gotta let my effing anger out, cuz I'm getting really pissed...

Ok, So I forgot my playNC pass (It's dif from my GW one, obviously), so I decided to use the "reset" function...

OK, ANET HERE IS SOME GENERAL ADVICE:

WHEN U HAVE A PASSWORD RESET FUNCTION, THE MAIN F*CKING IDEA IS THAT IT ACTUALLY WORKS

Tried resetting the password 4 times now...

The first 2 times, I got a password kinda like this:

0oOv4O0D

I mean, how the hell am I supposed to figured out what is what. (With all the 0's, it's case sensitive, and U can barely see the difference)
So I had to reset it twice till I didn't have one of these retarded codes again.

I entered it, said I had to many failed attempts, offc. from trying with all the 0's before... So I wait 5 minutes, try the password and it DOESN'T work...

I tried it 5 times, to make sure I didn't make any errors, and it still didn't work. Resetted again, had to wait another 5 minutes (failed attempts), entered the new one, didn't work (offc).

Anyways, I enterd the previous one (The second last one) and it DID work (WTF, Well done playNC), but offcorse I was stupid enough to click the mouse button on the left of my mouse (prev internet page) to log me back out. Tried with the same pass again (The second last, the one I used to get in before) and it didn't work again...

Ok, playNC, once again, some general advice: When U want people to sign up for your bs site (Password safety), atleast make sure the sheit works, kk?

When you have multiple 000OOOOO000... copy and paste them into Word or Notepad. You can figure it out then. Also, PlayNC blows. They always have. Rant and rave all you want about it. It will do nothing in the end but give me a +1 cleverly disguised as a reply. TYTYTYTYTYTYTY

Filled all in with what? Sounds like you tried to copy and paste back into PlayNC, dude.

I tried copy/paste thingy (Direct into the password) and it still didn't work. I also made sure I didn't have any spaces (Before or after the pass)

I'm still locked out of my own account...


I'm not expecting anything from this thread btw, as far as +1's go, I hurd post count wuz srs bsns...

But still, I STILL 1 hour and counting, can't change my password of my own account o.0

Yeah the support is poor at best, i got banned for absolutely no reason and then when i asked them to tell me why they said that i may have been a victim of a key logger but they couldnt tell me why and they couldnt explain the source of this info.

That took over a week... oh wells

Allow me to agree with you that Plaync does indeed suck.

Yes playNC support sucks. But the best you can do is copy and paste and make sure you didn't copy any extra spaces.
