As we all know, the little tutorials in each campaign don't quite cover everything we need to know in the game (interruption, consumables, damage type, etc).
However, I personally believe that the party search function is one of the more vital elements to the game (not just the gameplay - the game itself). It saddens me to go over to Hell's Precipice and see people spamming "Doing mission invite please" over and over again without putting it in the party search and not being able to see others' messages up in the party search.
Basically, I feel adding a little dialogue or two on each campaign's tutorials explaining the party search function would save willing newcomers and everyone else alot of trouble.
This would certainly reduce the confusion in certain mission outposts (Yes, I PuG) where people are trying to get a group together. It'd probably also result in fewer people spamming "Want to buy good axe pm me."

/signed. not that anyone actually pays attention to the tutorials anyway. so not sure how much this will really help.

It's sad to know that people are so dumb that they can't type lf so that it goes into the Party Search window, or that they can't even press P. I know some people are getting back into GW *after not playing for a year or something, seen a lot of people coming back at least...* and missed that update so they wouldn't know about it. But going into party search and not seeing people who are looking for a group not up there, or to see blank messages *which is worse imo, I mean, how do others know what you want to "Quest" or "Hunt" for? mission at a mission outpost (so not in EN) would be easy to understand.

People who can't figure out stuff like party search probablly wouldn't learn it from a tutorial either. Lets just not waste other people's time and force them to sit through a tutorial.
Getting tips and hints about minor stuff like that are what guildmates are for.

i HATE tutorials. when i first started playing i got out of the pre as quick as possible.
*thinks back* this may be the reason i tried doing a ranger/necro minion master w/ pet and bows...eh, oh well.

I thought you could hit F10 and get a help thing pop up? That should be enough, if players don't know to use F10, I don't think adding any further tutorial will help them since they already not using the existing ones.
Personal preference: think tutorial is kinda irritating, (Instructor Ng, I could kill him for reacting very slowly and waiting for him to open gate is ARGH, but maybe new players still need him, but this was what i was thinking when I started out my ritualist from shingjea)
