Looking for a PC on an R7 Strength max armor Ornate Shield.

Inherents are:

20% Bleed

R9 Purple Tactics Plagueborn Shield, +9 Lightning, -2 Stance dual inherents
R9 Gold Strength Tall Shield, -2 Stance, -2 enchant dual inherents

not sure if tall shields come in str but probably tactics 80k-100k+5e
ornate shield ~ 30k-50k imo
