WTB q7 or q8 Hammer (15%>50 Any Skin)

I'm looking for a hammer of the stats above. Perfect Sundering and Fortitude mods are preferable. Obviously, the hammer must be MAX damage. Post the hammer, skin, stats, and offers below.

The reason I need this is because a build I'm running uses 8 hammer (I can bump it, but 8 is optimal). Just keep in mind I'm not after this hammer for a looks, I just need it for utility (so I won't be so willing to pay high for very rare skinned hammers).
