Fire Attunement Skill... How do you obtain it?

I know I can get it from Roknar's Forge but I'm only level 17 and I really would like to get the skill now. Is there any quest available for this skill? I checked the website and it says I can either get it from Roknar's Forge and Ascalon Settlement. I looked every where in Ascalon Settlement and finished all the quests available but didn't see fire attunement.. I even bought all the skills from captain grey but he didn't have it either. Any help would be appreciated.. thank you.

I think the ascalon settlement info is incorrect. The only quest I saw that gave this skill out is the one in fishermans haven.

and where is fishermans haven?

if you can get signet of capture, you can go back and do the fort ranik mission and a boss there uses it.

No...I just let my henchies keep the mobs busy and SOMEtimes they even caught up with me.

If I got lucky, I'd make it close enough to the next rez shrine to be rezzed there

I did stop and kill as many things as I think our little NPC group could handle though..but it weren't pretty
