With the SF buff, my A/E Sliver SF is really tanking in efficiency (The buff was actually a nerf for this build!) since [Sliver Armor] runs out far before [Shadow Form], leaving me standing next to Chigo chatting about the weather for a good 15 seconds... So I figured I would look at he A/Me perma SF farmer.
Only problem I'm running across is that I've never been a faction farmer, so I don't have access to [Ether Nightmare (Kurzick)]. I know I COULD do so, but that would be woefully boring (not unlike farming), and unprofitable use of time (mostly unlike farming). Anyone have any suggestions for a similar spell that could possibly take its place?

I use the Fire Magic line, with Flame Djinn's Haste, Lava Font, Glyph of Lesser Energy, Mark of Rodgort and Fire Attunement after the 3 perma-SF skills.
You could try replacing Ether with Radiation Field, but that's also a PvE skill.

Either lower your shadow arts attributes(to decrease the time waiting for recharge) or go perma daggers.

Well, as I think about it, the Recall/SF/Sliver sequence is inefficient no matter how you slice it. Perma-SF is much more attractive.
Do the recent buffs put Perma Daggers on a field where it can do decent damage compared to, say, the above recommendation of A/E Perma-Nuker? Obviously the nuker is going to do more, but Daggers are no good if I can't even outdamage healing.

[skill]Viper's defense[/skill] is pretty nice for degen as you have such high specced shadow arts already it is comperable to low level ether nightmare but the degen itself lasts much longer, only works against adjacent ofc but still a decent alternative if you dont want to use your pve skills or dont have access to them at high ranks - degen is ofc very effective in HM.

Works better on a me/a but i guess you can 11 ilusion 4 inspiration for a 2energy per hit spirit of failure, missing skills are Cry of pain and the last one can be Vipers defence , radiation field, light of deltrimor, Ebon vanguard sniper suport, snow storm, etc.
w/ 11 illusion magic those illusion spells deal 70 dmg , considering you can cast then on recharge its 70 dmg over 12 seconds 5,8dps, ether nightmare deals 4,4 - 8,8 dps if cast on recharge, just keep in mind Cluns,wander are more energy intensive to use.
