Pause <Rewind<Fast Foward Observer mode menus

IM tired of haveing to watch my guild battles all the way through if i want to see vod or something else at a particular time that i know we might have messed up, why not put menus or something that will allow us who do you observer mode, to rewind pause and fast foward play.

Why not donate the ridiculous amount of money for bandwidth it would take do this and cure cancer or solve world hunger.

Anyways, the reason why they can't do it is because of the format in which the obs games are saved. I'm guessing obs mode was really hurried during its production stage (kinda like how the bad coding of the game was), making it so that it doesn't actually save the gameplay. Instead, it saves what skills people use to try and reenact the game, which is why it needs to be fully played through, and why it's so buggy half the time.
