merch, its maybe somewhat rarer then other mods, but it being non-max and on a r12..

its not double vamp is just double degen (its conditional 14% always) a sold a chaos axe req 9 that looked pretty much like this for 10 e (so with this kinda bad skin and req 12 maybe 1-2 e could happen

My money's with Matrix, like I've said before if I'm dying for a damage mod it had better be maxed, even more so on a req 12. Pull the normal vamp, maybe the elemental if you so desire, then merch.
