No Points???

I just got on to collect my prediction points and trade them for keys. I remember looking at my predictions right after the tournament finished and checking to see who won and how many points i got, which was only about 75. So I got on and when I went to get my points the guy didn't give me any and just had the link to the predictions page. So I check to see if I got them already and didn't know it, but I didn't. So I went back to my Xunlai Tournament page and it shows me not having any predictions made (duh new month). What happened to my points???

Edit 1: Ok, so its not just me... They did put the points in for last month right?

Edit 2: Thanks natural, that clears it up for me . was starting to get pissed that they messed up again, but I just jumped the gun

all my prediction have been erased and say "You haven't made any predictions" etc

Made them a while ago and no points ... maybe a bug? (dunno) but im in the same boat as you ^^

Lost some points and the predictions are gone

They haven't given the points out yet, and only they know why.

It ALWAYS takes a few weeks into the next month before they hand out rewards. Don't freak out.

Do you mean from when you voted in april or may? May's still haven't come in yet for anyone. April's have though.

I'm pretty sure there is a time limit on how long you have to pick up points. You cannot check every 3 or 4 months and have them rollover. If you don't pick them up in a timely manner you will loose them. I don't exactly know what the time frame is but I would assume it it near the next tournament. Also, I thought they might be out with the new build, they just cleared the Xunlai House yesterday June 6th so I am hoping that means they will post as soon as they are compiled.

I'm sort of a noob about the points thing, I went to the page and made my predictions for the first time last month, who do I go to when I want to check them or pick them up (after they give them out of course)

The May predictions haven't been given out yet. They were meant to be out Thursday but they haven't, so... just keep waiting, they'll most likely be out next update.

I'd suggest Anet put up a huge banner at the Xunlai Tournament House page with the message it might take some time before you can claim your points...and have it there 24/7
