Req. 9 Sephis Axe

so yesterday i got a q9 sephis axe as a random drop while farming LB points. are these worth anything anymore? it had a +30 hp mod already on it, so i thought that was pretty cool. could you guys just give me an idea of what these are worth? thanks!

i checked the nightfall rare weapons guide and it said a q9 sephis axe goes for 10-20k. can anyone confirm that this is still the current price?
