PC: Stormbow with 15^-1

During my uw farming in Chaos Plain, I open a phantom chest and out came this very weird bow... Could somebody please give me a price on this one? It would be great. Not only that but if i mod it like perfect sundering of fortitude, if it would get more valuble. Thanks a lot in advance^^

-1 life deg is pretty rare but propably worse than 15^50. (but u play with mending or a paragon with mending Refrain )
