any information on how i get new weapon skins for my pvp character is greatly appreciated!!! i read up on wiki, it says i must participate in tournaments and such....but i require a more in depth guide, not sure if i have to gvg, HA, or what? my guild isn't too big...just a few friends i know and some aus folks.
so gvg is kinda outta the question... can i still purchase skins somehow? thx

You can participate in Hero Battle tournaments.
Talk to Tolkano, the tournament NPC ingame.
You can also participate in the Xunlai Tournament House to win some extra reward points.
Both the tournament NPC and the Xunlai Tournament House NPC can be found in the Great Temple of Balthazar
