I don't understand why people are saying that the skill was unbalanced or overpowered. I used to run it on most of my dervish builds and i know from experience that having mystic regeneration running will not save you from critical damage. If a group of monsters gank you your dead. It was good for healing minor damage and to counter degen from hexs and burning. It can still do that but is less effective.

As for buffing it back up to what it was... sure I'm for it. /signed

Not paticularly against it, but atm its an alright skill and there are plenty of completly rubbish skills that have needed buffs since day 1...
