How do I get this skill? I read the WIKI, there is supposed to be a quest called, Falling Out.
I have completed EOTN and have ebon vanguard assassin support, but for some reason can't aquire Ebon Vangard Sniper Support. I also tried going back to Hall of Monuments to pick the quest up, but with no luck. What am I missing?

Thats just it, I am unable to find them at all.

Go to Longeye's Ledge.
Exit to Grothmar Wardowns.
Wait for the group to finish talking.
If the groups isn't there, or when they finish talking, map to Doomlore Shrine.
Head to Sacnoth Vale.
Before you zone to Sacnoth, look for teh Corpse of Brent, near the rez shrine.

If they are not there at all then they may have finished talking without you realizing it (perhaps if you took a run through ooze pit, for example)
In which case Brent's body will be where it is supposed to be - run check it out.

Found the Corpse near the Shrine, Thank you! What I was doing wrong before was simply going thru the portal into Sacnoth.

its a good skill 
especially on clumped up margonites on the battle of turai procession.
i still havent finished that yet, ... mostly cuz i kinda like the idea of really socking it to them.
