looking for some q9-10 (might take 11) shields for strength ... I don't need one particular type, but preference is for outcast, kappa and plagueborn shields ... post what you have :P (yes these need to be inscribably or whatever, they'll be +30 hp and either +dmg vs type or crippled).
I also need diessa chalices, superb charr carvings, and rin relics.
