Changing password problem

So I've clicked "reset password" on the login screen and gone to the PlayNC site, but when I try to enter my account name, the email is too long and it doesn't fit into the box...am I not supposed to enter my login email or what?

No, you just type in the first part that fits.

Next time use search please. I, am sure others as well, have said this numerous times.

You need to login with your PlayNC-account.

Then go to "Game accounts" and "Change Password"

Not at all. That's exactly how I got into all my accounts the first time. Try putting it in without the @xxx.com bit. And are you putting in the correct pass?

Also, I say search because this gets asked quite a bit. Should be a sticky, really.
