Continent Maps

Hey everyone,

just a quick question, i saw a few months back a thread showing how the continents of tyria, cantha and elona all linked together.
It was posted by someone as a reply to a question. I have searched Numerous threads and not found it.
could the person who posted it or anyone with the same screen shot or link please post this as i am trying to prove a point to my girlfriend.
