Hey im looking to buy an emerald blade i prefer high req heres what im planning on paying anything lower i can't afford. Im NOT paying for mods!

r13 - 100k+30k
r12 - 100k+40k
r11 - 100k+50k

Prices are negotiable... (+5 ecto on my intended price is reasonable, but no more)

Its just a going away present for someone...
