Does Guild Wars Factions Come With Activation Card?

Hey,

I've bought Guild Wars (the first one) and have had fun playing it but me and my brother want to play at the same time to help out each other but relised you can't have to people play at the same time from one account.

What i want to no is that does Factions come with an activation card so when can have 2 accounts and play Guild Wars and Guild Wars Factions together or does Guild Wars Factions activation card only work for Guild Wars Factions?

You can make Guild Wars: Factions as an account which only has Factions or you can add it to an existing account, so that you can travel from Proph. to Factions.

In short: Factions box can make an account OR an upgrade to an existing one.

Tell me if this makes sense or not.

Ah yes, I missed that bit somewhat.

With a Prophecies account, you can only go into Prophecies areas (and the Great Temple of Balthazar or Guild Hall).

With a Factions account , you can only go into Factions areas (and the Great Temple of Balthazar or Guild Hall).

If you want to play with your brother, he will need Prophecies OR you will need to get Factions for your account and his.

Yes, Factions comes with its only activation card(and key) when you buy the box from a store. If you buy it from the in-game store, the key will be automatically added to your account.

And as has been said, you will need a separate account with the same campaigns if you want to play with your brother. Factions and Prophecies are on different continents. An account with Prophecies only and a account with Factions only, means you won't be able to meet up in PvE, only PvP on the Battle Isles.
