+5e shields?

I saw some guy in Temple selling one for 150e. I thought +5e on shields did not exist?

It doesn't, he was probably trolling..

There is also the Chimeric Prism, but strictly speaking, it's not really a shield, nor can it be sold.

Either way, no +5 energy shield is worth that guy's asking price.

The +5 energy shield is worth 9g

It is a collectors item from Prophicies, near Frontier Gate and requires 3 X 3g items for it.

The only other shields that grant energy are the Canthan Targe(presale item not possible to trade/drop) and the Chimeric Prism(pre sale item not possible to trade/drop) both of these items are customized and impossible to aquire now.

The best option if you want armor + energy would be an offhand with +30hp and an inscription. +5armor while hp over 50% or the +10 armor vs X would be my suggestion.

I wasn't even aware that the chimeric prism existed.. those are some pretty "out there" specs

+6 armor and +5 energy is bad. I'd take a Focus and get +12 energy and +5 armor (Hail to the King inscription) or +12 energy and +10 armor (against various damage types).
