They must of added more Asian district support in the last update. You can now go to Traditional Chinese asian districts, but it's unmentioned in any of the updates.

Sooooo, that just leaves, what....Japan?

The update was a while ago. Chinese came with Korean, at least for me. Wiki should have when it was added.

You cannot really confuse Korean with the other two since hangul is a true alphabet that just happens to be written in blocks whereas Chinese and Japanese use the same symbols, but since Japanese text contains a decent amount of syllabic kana that are easy to recognize you can usually tell the two apart even if you can't read a word of either language

Traditional Chinese was added when the Taiwan servers were rolled into the US servers.

Yep, which is a) handy for loading into and b) can be abused in RA/HB pretty easily.

Thats probably because they left as soon as they got the option to go to American/European districts.

Korean text:
국적을 기준으로 대한민국의 국민을 주로 의미하는 한국인(韓國人)과는 다소 차이가 있다

Chinese text:
現時在中國的朝鲜族

Japanese text (has some of the chinese characters but notice the 'simpler' ones--those are hiragana or katagana and will only be in japanese-not chinese):
朝鮮民族(ちょうせんみんぞく)は、朝鮮半島にルーツを持つというアイデンティティを共有する民族。韓民族 (かんみんぞく)とも呼ばれる。

(all texts are taken from wikpedia and the topic korean...)

you can see the differences I hope-----
