looking for tips

Well I belong to a smallish guild, i really enjoy everybodies company and do not want to leave but i would like us to be far more active as a guild and actually get out and do something as a guild.

Any tips on actualy convincing your leaders/officers to get something going or should i go ahead and try to organise things myself?

Also any ideas for events and such that we can do as a clan (we are PvE based)?

If you want to better your guild then you should convince them to give you officer, and they'd be foolish not to promote you. after that, you should work on those ideas you have =p

You could go advertise by yourself and get your officers to send invites. If they don't want to, then you should start your own guild and invite your pals to join.

I was in a similar situation in the end i had to leave the guild cause i wasn't happy. My suggestion would be try organise things yourself first and if you not happy in the end maybe try a new active guild. I just started organising FoW or UW clearing runs maybe some ToPK even the odd SF we didnt always do good but hey we had fun.

I'd say try to team up with guildies frequent.
Just say you want to do something like THK Hard Mode and ask who else wants to join.
Given that your guild is large enough to get some teams going this is going to be noticed by officers and the guild leader and could get you up in the ranks.

In the end it's the responsibility of everyone in a guild to make things work, not only that of the leader and officers.
