They could have done triple greens, or double experience, or something stupid like that, to at least show they recognize PvE's existence. They'd all suck, save lockpick/EotN reputation weekends, but at least it shows they know we still play.

I'd say, why not have a weekend with double or triple chance of having UW or FoW entrance scrolls to drop? I mean, that's where a lot of the players are going to farm now.

this just show how miss informed anet really is. It does not surprize me that JQ/FA was considered a pve weekend, look at the gamer title. And every festival that has gamer title mini game, they only count those as pve weekends also. Personally I wish when a even comes up that has gamer points available, it not count towards a pve weekend in the rotation. Personally i felt anet has tried to be fair about its weekends. It would have double pvp weekends after double pve ones, which usually happens because of a festival.
My only complaints are that weekends that has gamer title events are not counted as pvx weekend, but solely pve. And now the clearly view that JQ/FA are pve now. I truthly wish these view would change.

Idk if you all realized this but AtM anet trying to get pvers to pvp which is prob they are having so many pvp weekends
but really I have had gws for 13 months and it seems like PVE weekends happen once every 2 months but thats just me and I'm too lazy to check but what I'm trying to say is this is nothing new

It aint too bad I mean first time i started HBing was the double HB point weekend and I got 9th in an AT. Granted AT's are not usually the hardest I proved it isnt that hard to get a few (I emphasize few) rp's.

placement in an hb tourny doesnt mean anytihng if yr not top 8 and ppl can get lucky and go 6-1 w/ an ez schedule while others will go 4-3 with an extremely hard schedule it has alot to do with luck to

Some weekend events help me, and some have no relevance for me...this is the latter. I can still play the game, some other players will benefit from the weekend, and life goes on...

The only way to please both PvE and PvP is to have a PvE event and a PvP event every weekend, e.g. "this weekend you get double Balthazar points in RA and TA, and double drop rate for green items".

YES that is exactly what we need. last weekend was the worst weekend event ever. it would have been another thing entirely if they had made an update to JQ and FA to improve there game play and make them over all better way to get faction at least for the luxons.(no hfff for them).

well i was pretty correct it was mostly PvP along with a few PvE events that crippled GW economy for about a year or so, hopefully no moer double Elite area drop events.

I've never complained about a weekend before, even if it's something that I personally don't like/have no interest in doing. My only problem is that this is the third PVP weekend in a row.

I can't think of a single time PVE weekends have gone like that. Some of the festivals go on for some time, yes, but they always have things for both types of players, and if I recall correctly, they've usually done two PVP weekends afterward to make up for it anyway.

Never played hb and never will. The only thing good about it is getting prediction points from monthlys chosen completely at random, unlike with gvg.

To all those who are pissed off about another PvP weekend and a high competition one at that, joining a GvG AT and forfeiting all matches gives you 30 RP (Six ZKeys) this weekend if I'm not mistaken. Also, give them a shot, you may think you're bad but lots of people are just starting out all the time.

i mean triple dye weekend and the double green weekend are useless lol i mean its not like u can just by the green for 2k or make something w/ the same mods for a few K and dye is worthless anyways (except black and white and those prices wld prob plummet during this weekend) a double pvp weekend doesnt really effect much of the economy while pve does look we still r in the aftermath of that ss/lb double weeknd in january or feb that netted us thousands of hrs of favor
the festivals are nice and all but i dont really classify that for either cause their r pvp mini games and stuff while stuff tokens and w/e drop in pve

The sad part is I almost had to too. Healer's Boon just didn't fit right. I just decided to look at the context clues as I go. The I shrugged. I rarely do weekend bonuses, but it'd be nice to still equally have the option.
