Need price check on some presearing items

Please note, I want the presearing values of these items. Probably merchbait in post.

It's a purple, and it doesn't look all too special to me EXCEPT the 28hp. As far as I know, 28hp is max for presearing Fortitude mods, so I'm fairly certain it is worth a few K, but I'm not sure how much.

For Runes/etc, I would prefer to know both salvaged and unsalvaged prices, if possible.

2. Charr Salvage kit (Either price for all 5 uses or price on a per-use basis?)

7. Radiant Insignia

8. Miniature Hydra

9.A general idea of prices for wands/staffs with 8-13 or more damage

10. A general idea of prices for offhands that give 7+ energy

11. A 7-19 axe (I believe they do drop in pre, however rarely. I have had a 7-axe before, but it was in post)

12. A vampiric item (or zealous, if there are any in pre)

I can tell you that a Charr salvage kit is roughly 5k, or 1k for each use. Therefore a salvaged rune is usually 1k more than an unsalvaged rune. Also, yes, +28 drops in pre and is the max unconditional health mod of pre.
