PC Chaos Axe +15% enchanted

Could I get a PC on this please:

Shocking Chaos Axe of Shelter
Lightning Damage 6-28 (req 11 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% whilst enchanted
Armour +6 vs Physical

i know the mods arent great, would it be worthwhile upgrading the mods before it is sold, to further increase its value, or would the increase be proportionate to the cost of the mods themselves?

i'd say 50k - but chaos season has died down

30-60k, depending on who is buying,

50k+ if u find a buyer looking for 15% enchanted

Agreed, but if you hold out for the right buyer, I know you could get a 100k for this.
