Could I get a PC on this please:

Shocking Chaos Axe of Shelter
Lightning Damage 6-28 (req 11 Axe Mastery)
Damage +15% whilst enchanted
Armour +6 vs Physical

i know the mods arent great, would it be worthwhile upgrading the mods before it is sold, to further increase its value, or would the increase be proportionate to the cost of the mods themselves?
