Ice Caves of Sorrow..

Alright so I need to get to the Iron Mines of Moladune, but apparently there is some glitch at the end of the Ice Caves of Sorrow mission that prevents the completion. The mobs will just stop advancing forward, forcing you to fight them all and they are quite tough..

Is this like impossible to complete.. this has happened to me repeatedly.

is this the mursatt that you are talking about? i have been through this mission many times and have not had to fight them. they have always kept moving. they did stop one time for a while and then started moving again. not sure im much help but gl.

yeh its just recently happened, i finished it with my sin 3days ago,
tip dont go with a team, go with h/h as if u go with a team most likely they will not be infused,
flag your heroes to attack the mursatt 1 group at a time while you away from the fight as u need Evenia to survive.
i hope that helps as thats how i did it

I think I know what's happening here. Typically the Mursaat are all meant to be killed by the catapult fire however it is very possible (happened to me plenty of times) that they don't get killed by the catapults and thus they reach their last pre-coded destination and just stand around chatting with the Stone-Summit.

Yes, it's the catapult bug. The stone summit that are supposed to nuke the bajeezus out of those mursaat are nuking themselves instead. Rumor has it that this will be patched tomorrow. I suggest you wait it out. Either that or take a long hike to mineral springs to get infused before trying the mission again.

This happen a lot in hard mode. I guess because the mursaats have hp buff in HM, normally there will always be 2-3 of them left at the end.

I did this mission for somebody recently, and I'm REALLY glad the heroes come infused. Let's hope they patch it tonight.

If this may help, don't wait for the them to reach the end. You know they split 50/50 right before the area where they are supposed to be catapulted? wait for that to happen and engage one group; it may help to stab the group fighting Vrag and his stone summit in the back while they are otherwise engaged.
And then finish off the other group.
Also even if you are melee try using a bow to attack them in order to keep Evennia in the backline so it becomes less likely she will be killed by spectral agony. Flag your MM hero (if u got one) so the minions will attract most of spectral agony and blow up in the Mursaat's faces.
Hope this helps.. until they fix the bug.
Alternatively get run to Iron Mines or THK bypassing Ice Caves.

Well, the catapult bug hasn't been around for very long, and I hope that they fix it today. In normal mode, it's possible to just pull them in separate groups, even at the end.

Normally, they get blown to bits as they travel and fight with the Stone Summit. However, since the catapults aren't hurting them, they just have the Stone Summit to worry about, and Mursaat >>> Dwarves any day of the week.

I ran this last night on my Mesmer with a guildie Ritualist, he wasn't infused, I was. He ran it once and hit the catapult bug, so we did it together and just busted through all the Mantle groups and had no problems whatsoever, the Mursaat move so slow that it was never an issue of them catching up with us. In fact, they might have hit that bug where they just chill and didn't even keep moving.

So basically don't be lazy and go kick some ass

This happened to me as well as it really isn't bugged although the Mursaat seem to betaking out the Cats anyway just be patient and the Stone Summit will arrive.I was going to go after them but was concerned about Eviennia.
