just need a pc on a req 9 inscribable fellblade, mods arent great but can be changed to any mods, so looking for base price before mods. thanks to anyone that can help

also have a max armor req 10 str eternal shield. non-inscibable, -5(19%) armor +10 vs slashing....worth anything?
