Well, with the new buff to Shadow Form, a lot of things are now possible that were never before. CoF is now easy to run with an Assassin's, although the time it takes is a bit longer than Monk or Ritualist.
Your skills:
[Perma Shadow Form Daggers;OwZj0tf6oSSf8I6MlZ+PHM1gkiA]
Your monk bonder's skills:
[Perma Shadow Form Bonder;OwQVQum6yXCpQSpskyUk/7gzDA]
Explanation of Skills:
Light of the Deldrimor: Can increase the profits of a run exponentially, if you get a diamond, or a lockpick, or any rare mats, you can make up to 5 k extra.
All the other sin skills are mostly self explanatory, Critical Agility to boost attack speed and armor, Shadow Form because invulnerability is gud, etc.
Offering of Blood: On the bonder, if your damage taken is constantly being reduced or over 5% of your max health, then the energy drain is hard on the bonder, but Offering of Blood, combined with Blessed Signet, allows the bonder to upkeep Protective Bond, an extremely capable defensive skill when your hit with signet attacks and touch attacks, which is often the case in CoF.
Mending and Watchful Spirit: Allow a hefty 6 regen to counter act damage taken while under Shadow Form, reduced by Prot Bond, also helps against degeneration.
Signet of Devotion: To heal the sacrifice that Offering of Blood takes, and in a pinch, an emergency heal for the assassin.
Rebirth: If the assassin dies, a res will obviously be needed.
Protective Bond: The de facto core to this build. If your health is at 255 like mine, the damage taken is 12, because Guild Wars rounds down, instead of up to 13. This skill allows you to successfully tank through Signet Skills, Touch Skills, and PBAoE skills, and allows the run to proceed smoothly.
Strength of Honor: To boost the attack damage of the assassin, allows you to kill a lot quicker.
Enemies to watch out for:
Crypt Banshee: Awful Reversal of Damage spammers can definitely take a drain on the monk's energy.
Charr Sentry and Seeker: Ignite Arrows hits through Shadow Form and can kill the monks energy. These are priority targets.
Charr Dominator: They have a ressurection skill, after Sentries and Seekers, this is the priority target, followed closely by the Charr Prophet and Charr Mender, who can obviously heal and protect there allies.
The Dungeon:
(Images shamelessly taken from wiki)
First Floor:
Watch out for the Banshees like stated above, besides that, it should be an easy run. My normal time is around 9 minutes, unless you stop for Light of the Deldrimor chests, etc. If your not interested in LoD, take Critical Eye for added energy and damage.
Second Floor:
Should run very smoothly. Don't try the Lava Spiders, Incendiary goes through Shadow Form, and interrupts, so they are off limits.
Third Floor: Smoothly, Shadow Form really makes this dungeon a breeze, when facing Murakai's Steward, watch your Bonder's energy, if it starts to head towards 0, scramble out. When facing Murakai, just spam your attack chain and your good.
Optional Slot:
The 8th skill is optional, depending on what you want to bring to speed up the run.
Radiation Field is good, but it's really only good versus Charr, since there are alot of fleshless enemies down there.
Pain Inverter for Banshees, so that Reversal of Damage is reversed onto them.
Technobabble to disable the Banshees completely to the mercy of your daggers.
Etc.
Enjoy and have fun.
Oh, at Charr Sentries, I meant Seekers, sorry, I got confuzzled with the regular Free the Warband thingie.
Edit: HM of course. I also forgot equipment.
On the Assassin:
Full radiants, Superior Shadow, Sup Critical Strikes, and a pair of 15 while enchanted or 15^50 daggers, zealous. and 20% enchantments.
On the Monk:
Superior Prot, Divine, Heal, and Smite, and an Attunement with full Radiants, and a 20 energy staff hopefully.

And please clarify, is this HM or NM? I think it's HM or it's not worth farming the CoF as much. And because it's shadow form, it can do almost anything

Paul thy god
Just Wondering, wont the bonder drop his bods when his energy hits zero from [protective bond], or are you relying on the spamming of [Offering of Blood] and [blessed signet]?
My Lipgloss is Cool
Since almost all the damage is avoided, Prot bond won't be hit that much...
On the other hand, if you get two Charr rangers or two crypt banshies in one group, It might be too much...
On the other, other hand, it sounds like he's done it, so it can't be too much of a problem

On the other, other hand, it sounds like he's done it, so it can't be too much of a problem It's never a problem, until Murakai's Steward. Even with three or four banshees, it's easy, and Charr Rangers aren't bad either.
