As it is the skill is still totally worthless. So why did they do this ?

"Can't Touch This!": decreased Energy cost to 5.

I was just thinking that I'd love it if they made it mainainable. (no longer ending after x touches.)

Making [Turep] invulnerable to Ursan Strike would make laugh so loud.

Yeah, still completely worthless skill. Due to them always catering to ursan and touch rangers since day one, this skill will always remain worthless.

Honestly it would be nice if it made the touch skill fail so the skill had to recharge instead of simply make that "clicky" noise that skills you can't use make. All you have to do is hammer on your touch skill 5 times or so as fast as you can and "you can't touch this" end in less than 2 secs.

"Can't touch this!" - The next 5 touch skills used against target ally fail and are disabled for an additional 20 seconds. Unlinked.

That would sort of make it viable, though only against retarded crap.

"cant touch this" could instantly kill anybody who tried to use a touch skill on you and i still wouldnt bring it. its uses are far too narrow and nobody uses touch rangers in srs pvp anyway.
and this is not just an attempt to make anet buff cant touch this so that i can laugh in the face of shock axe wars when i activate cant touch this mid-shock and they die in a fire.

an anti-touch skill's uses are narrow enough to make it pretty powerful in that specific area imo.

lol idk i grown to like the new "Can't Touch This" i was using it in ab. i had 10 in command so the next 4 failed a toucher and a few bursters kept trying to touch me but on there 4th fail they switched targets. and in RA stops the signet of midnight mesmers.. i like it

Not that it matters much, but is this skill now the cheapest way to keep a shout on youself all the time? Assuming, of course, that nobody has the bad form to actually *use* a touch skill on you...

It got a buff because Anet threw a dart at their "skill balance" board and it landed there.

Does anyone else see even minor effectiveness to use this skill in conjunction with Soldier's Fury? Seeing how most of the time, you're not going to get touched, it's twenty seconds of faster attack speed at a cheap energy cost and which can be used instantly after its previous use.

Sure you can always just use Aggressive refrain, but it's another option.
