theres no best build and all the variants are already stapled all over the internet. so to answer the thread title depends what u wanna farm, and my advice is use a search tool.

Really, a lot depends on the area you are farming.
The classic farming build:

Best thing to do is try them out in particular areas.
Shield of judgement works very well against the undead outside Hot Bergan Springs for example. It can be slow in other areas though.
