Need help with a vanquish team! Monk primary.

I was just wondering what some monks out there use as heros for Vanquishing/HM Missions.

I would use sabway, but the idea of four, low armor characters trying to vanquish sounds rather difficult :P

Builds and ideas would be helpful! thanks!

i use sabway minus the healer since i'm a monk. in that place i usually take a fire ele.

Prot spirit does wonders in hard mode so the low al characters aren't much of a problem. I think WoH Hybrids would work best in HM.
