The title pretty much explains it; it's an r9 str inscribable celestial shield. It currently has a perfect Riddle of Steel and another random mod, but those can be changed of course. Keep in mind that this should only drop inscribable from the z/hoh/fow/uw reward chests (zaishen in this case) so it should be quite rare. Thanks in advance!
