In need of help.

Hi guys.
I have taken a break from Guild Wars, for about a year or so.
I can log into the game and everything,
but not my PlayNC account.
I remember I added my Prophecies key, and a Factions key to the PlayNC when I created it.
I've tried to contact support,
but they say they cant reset my password if I dont have both of my keys.
I have the prophecies key, but I seem to have misplaced the Factions one.
The problem is, I forgot my username, the email it was linked to, and the password to it.
I would like to change/update my login information etc.
If anyone has any idea around this,
please let me know.

- Why do you need to get into your PlayNC account? You get into the game just fine, right?

- Sounds like you've put yourself into some kind of catch-22 of not remembering your account info and misplacing important information to get it.
