Looking For New Guild

I have been hoping to join a newly formed guild, that is small, and made up of newer members. I have had some bad luck with massive guilds, that forget about you after they all say "welcome." I would very much like to get to know some people, and contribute to the guild as best as I can. If you lead a small, friendly, newer guild than I would be very happy to join.
