Okay, looking into your case a little bit, it's statistically impossible, or very improbable at least, that you are going to find a Maximum Damage Q7 of anything. Q8 is very rare, and Q9 is more reasonable.
Unfortunately, to have any chance of finding your item, you would have to be looking for something that is either:
A) Not Max Damage
B) Of a Higher Req
I'll keep my eyes open for you and see what I can find, but your chances of getting this specific sword are very slim indeed. I do, however wish you good luck in finding it or something similar.

Ok the above post is one of complete ignorance, I just have to say something. q7s might not drop right now max, at least often enough to matter, but they were rare drops in the past, and I have 4 perf q7 weps myself, 15^50 or 15/-5. So to say that there is no q7 max is completely ignorant. Look on highend right now, q7 15^50 crennalated sword for sale right as we speak, among other q7 maxes. You may be new to forums and game as well, but at least look a bit more closely into things before you tell someone they can't find something. This is not a flame, just telling the facts.
