i'd salvage mods. not that wanted skin. clean maybe 3-5k if you find buyer.

ye salvage the mods...n around 20-25k range...

I think it could go as high as 30k clean. Before taking off mods try and sell with mods added in at a higher price. Sometimes (rarely) you can get a quicker sale with the additional cost of the mods and if they're already on you might as well try.
