I just got EoTN a few days ago. i keep hearing that u should take your character to EoTN and join a tournament to lvl up to 20 in no time. Where is that tournamnet? and can an assasin do it?

And assasins are great at it because the brass knuckles you have to use require Dagger mastery so they the assassins seem to work better than the others for kilroys tournament.

To elaborate more;
The quest you're talking about is Kilroy Stonekin's Punchout Extravaganza, which is indeed given by Kilroy Stonekin, in Gunnar's Hold.
What this quest does is teleport you to a Dungeon (Fronis Irontoe's Lair), with a whole lot of lvl 20 Dwarves, 2 lvl 24 Dwarven Bosses, and some Enslaved Ettins.
But, because you are 'Brawling', you get a whole new skill bar, which will own your enemies for sure .

After killing Fronis Irontoe himself, go back to Gunnar's, claim your reward, rezone, and do the quest again! Repeatable quests pwn.

Not much point as a Factions character, really - you're going to be at level 16 or 17 and maximum armor by the time you're able to get to the area that allows you to open travel to the Northern Shiverpeaks (the first area of Eye of the North), so getting to level 20 will be quite quick from normal questing anyways (both in the Northern Shiverpeaks and in Kaineng City). It's more a thing for Prophecies and Nightfall characters (in Prophecies most characters will be able to open EotN around level 12-13, while Nightfall characters can open it the instant they hit level 10).
