Buff on the Mindblade Spectres in the UW

Hi,

First of all i would like no negative criticism on this proposal of all the Perma sin farmers here, i have been doing it myself but this madness has to stop before the economy takes another enormous hit

as many of you know the perma sin has been farming the UW like crazy and people do it all the time, now i've been checking some skill lists and found some skills to buff the Mindblade Spectres that are being farmed on the Chaos Planes without violating the Core of the UW

so here is my suggestion
add [signet of humility] or [blackout] to the Mindblade spectres their skillbar
this would just nerf the farm and not directly ruin the perma sin so people can still farm with their loved perma sin on places other then the Chaos Planes

[[signet of humility] would be a possibility, as it's a core skill

[[blackout] however is a prophecies skill, so that won't be added to a core instance.

However, People will farm ecto's no matter what you try and do. Chaos Plains isn't the only place where you can farm them. I don't see any reason in OMG NERF THIS crying. So what if stuff gets cheaper ? imo that's a good change. That way we can all enjoy whatever we like best.

Meh. Blackout is too strong and would ruin normal gameplay (there is enough of mindblades to blackout whole party and some more to wreak havoc.)

Humility sig looks decent but i have farmed stuff with humi sig on its bar and it was not very effective against me.

If you want something to harm permaers, add monster on chaos plains; random spawn upon agroing:

Fading Nightmare.
L 1 Mesmer monster. Permanent -1 health regen.
Signet of Disenchantment
Signet of Midnight
Leech Signet

Should be easy to handle for skilled, but would requite modified (aka, not mindless) tactics.

IMO, give Banished Dream Riders Signet of Disenchantment. Leave the Mindblades alone.

This way, you can still farm Chaos Planes by luring SoD with cover enchantments, but no longer can you aggro every single Banished Dream Rider and kill them all together. This would slow down the run and put it on par with other runs.

but the UW always had core and proph skills in it

Yeah. I mean Marverick's post. Mindblades are okay, as soon as they target a caster without obsidian flesh/shadow form/spell breaker, he is unable to cast ANYTHING. Blackout would be too imbalanced.

But Signet of Disenchantment would greatly harm, if not totally kill Assassins there.

so basically a mesmer version of a dying nightmare but easier to kill? no way this would work you just stay out of its range then wand it. or if it's a pop up you insta-target it and kill it. just like a dying nightmare. the only UW farmers that have problems with nightmares are low HP enchant heavy farmers. this would be the same thing.

[Signet of Humility] seems like the better choice for normal team play so that people don't get raped by the vast numbers. [Blackout] would just destroy normal teams....

...wait, that means that Ursan skills would get blacked out. In that case, also give them [Echo] with it.

Guild Wars is a team game, the elite areas should be more so. Besides, the SF Farmers are cheap bastards anyway.

Sure you can wand it. That is it whole point. Its there to punish you for not paying attention/playing poorly, while not killing run totally.

Remeber, if it gets your SF with disenchant signet (it should have just enough time to do.) you are left with some 55 hp totally vulnurelable to everything.

All farming is easy, it's a matter of spawns and manipulation of the AI.
If it's a team game, nerf all solo farming and actually put the "elite" in "elite mission".

If you're going to nerf this, nerf all other solo farms aswell.

Perma SF was possible BEFORE the buff, using Arcane Echo. People have been farming ecto in Chaos Plains for AGES, and it hasn't affected the price at ALL.

Rather than putting it on the mindblades i'd rather put [[signet of humility] or [[blackout] on the dream riders (all dream riders, also those in TotPK). It'd affect balanced teams that try to clear these area's less.

Or we could ofcourse just leave it as it is and stop making the 9878675643rd post about it ...
