I know you can join a guild in pre-searing, but can you make one in pre? Also, are guild halls in pre or just post?

you can make guilds in pre (at least you could 3 years ago) but in order to be able to get a GH you need to be in post

I would suggest if you are making a guild that you should have at least 3-8 friends who are willing to join you before you comit to it. It can be very hard for new guilds to become established since there are several thousand guilds floating around and most all are allways looking for new members.

Exactly. It will be so much more helpful (and less lonely) for you to join an established guild.

I don't think it is possible to make a guild in pre, the people who have guilds in pre is due to making it on a different character, you also can't go to a guild hall in pre.

You can make guilds in pre you just can't make capes or guildhalls. Do what Crom said.
