When upgrading your hero armor(ie giving it primeval armor remnants), do the runes on the old armor transfer to the new armor? or do they get destroyed?

Yup, all insignias and runes on hero armors transfer. No need to go salvaging them(not that hero armor breaks anyway).

what they sais, also you can switch b/w dif types of her armor you have unlocked for that hero

I dunno whether I should make a separate thread for this or not but is heroes' armor the same as our normal armor? I mean I can craft it and then give it to the hero or I need to go to a specific place to get heroes' armor?

You don't craft hero armor, they start out wearing it and their AL will increase as they lvl. You can change the look of their armor by finding certain drops and then visiting the corresponding npc. You can read up more here.
