hello,
I have seen a lot of ele builds to farm Raptors in HM, my problem is that they all use sliver armor which is an Factions skill.
Now i don`t have Factions, i only have: NF, Proph and EotN.
I hope some of you has the right ele build for me
Some other farmingbuilds for other places are also welcome

I was very bored one day and made a scythe build that was able to farm raptors in hard mode. I don't remember it, only that it had two different skills used to block, and you needed both on the whole time. It was very slow and ineffective.

For all the kinds of things it opens up, Factions may as well be called Farmers. You probably won't find a way to farm raptors with any great speed until you tap into the abilities of an Assassin or Sliver Armor.

You can 55 them if you have a monk too.
regular 55 monk skills minus the regen enchants, mantra of resolve, shield of absorbtion, shielding hands, Shield of judgement and radiation field.

It's slower, but you can run something like this:
[Stoneflesh Aura][Armor of Earth][Channeling][Mantra of Resolve][Ether Feast][Blinding Surge][Radiation Field][Ether Nightmare]
This is the best I could come up with at the moment. Use blinding surge on the brood mother to protect from her attacks and use ether feast to counteract the damage done by twisting fangs. The raptors will scatter from the degen and attack you in groups of 3. The beautiful thing about Radiation Field is that those three around you will scatter to the others spreading the renewed disease condition. Use Ether Nightmare to take out groups at range.

[build prof=E/Me earth=12+3+1 inspiration=12 energy=3+1][Mindbender][Sandstorm][Earthquake][Aftershock][Mental Block][Stoneflesh Aura][Channeling][Mantra of Resolve][/build]
Give this a try. Throw up Mantra of Resolve, Channeling, Stoneflesh Aura, and Mental Block and aggro the Nestlings. Stay away from the boss, though. Depending on the amount of Asuran rank you have, incidentally rank 4 or so should be plenty, you'll want to activate Mindbender somewhere in here, as well. The thing is you need it to last long enough to cover the casting of the damage skills, so don't hit it too early. When you've got them all hit then Sandstorm, then wait for *exactly* two activations of Sandstorm, then hit Earthquake and Aftershock immediately thereafter. Assuming all the Raptors were attacking during Sandstorm, they should all be dead at this point. If not, maintain your enchantments and kill them with Aftershock when they return.
A few notes on equipment, you'll want to have some sort of +10 AL insignia, e.g. Blessed, on your armor. It's also nice to have another 5 AL or so from a Defensive Staff Head or a shield or something, but it shouldn't be necessary. You will need a +20% enchantment duration modifier, as well. Finally, a staff with any sort of Halves Casting Time modifier can mess with the timing of things and should be avoided.

This is not trolling btw. I just dont have access to my own comp atm with my builds. Else Id post one myself (if this post may come over as useless for some ).
