MUST HAVE THE INNATE HRT 20% AND ENERGY + 10
Any prefix/suffix mods doesn't matter
If it's non-insc, then it should have the 5+ energy while health above 50%
it would be great if it was inscribable!
any requirement or damage doesnt matter

hi,

I'm not sure jade staff drop as inscribable, also, non insc staff can't have +5^50, that being said I have a few jade staves in my shop, what class do you want the staff for ?
