recently i have been disconnecting and getting a lot of err 7 , what can i do to fix this?

this can be caused by many things. do you use wireless? cable/dish/dsl/dialup? this is a good start.

If you use a wireless router, make sure your firmware is updated...I kept DC'ing and as soon as I did my update to my router, I was fine.
