Rit/mo running CoF

I've spent plenty of time trying to get a build capable for running CoF using my ritualist/monk. I've seen plenty of rits running it and i attempted some builds i came accross but none seem 100% correct and i can't quite make it through.

So basically what im after is a rit/monk build capable of running CoF and the ogden build to go with it.

Any necessary equiptment may be helpful too

that it right there its what i use when m rit is running cof. Equipment and everything inside

My guess would be spellbreaker not lasting long enough and/or inadequate micromanaging of the hero smiter. I've done it with my Rit/Mo and ogden smiter.....it's not that hard.
