Looking For a SERIOUS FoW UW Guild

I have a few requirements that a lot of Guilds cant seem to meet,

(1) I wont let Guilds take away my freedom of speech (such as censorship).
(2) I want to always be farming the UW or FoW at least 4 hours a day, and not some pointless elite mission.
(3) I can not stand immature people, even if you think its a joke.
(4) I do not like spam, not in the Guild chat and not in the Alliance chat, (such as selling and buying there, they made the trade chat for this.)
(5) I like a new player to be respected as if he/she had been in the Guild before.
(6) Everyone in the Guild is to be treated equally this includes members, officers, and even the leader.
(7) The Guild must have Vent or TS
(8) I prefer Kurzick
