Let's face it - some of us may have hankerings for certain items which, for various reasons (we don't have the campaign they drop in, it's a green from further along in a campaign than we currently are but we want it now, we don't use Ursan and so can't get into groups in certain areas, or we just can't be bothered to go farm it ourselves) we probably will never get on our own.

So we buy them from other players.

In my case, I don't stand around spamming "WTB x" (well, I have done that a couple of times, I guess lol). What usually happens is that I just happen to be standing in town and see someone spamming "WTS x", x being something I've had a yen to own. If the price is within reason, I buy it.

So, today I bought a lovely Saurian Scythe - req 9, Sunder 20/20, 15^50, +30H. Of course, now I'll need to buy a Perfect Salvage kit to get the Sunder mod off, though I'll try it like that for a while.

Anyone else buy something nice for themselves recently?

The other day I got a little Undedicated Aatxe, it's so cute, but Glowy the Destroyer comes out when I farming. Got it from a guy in Kamadan.

I hope that I'll be able to find Iceblood's Warstaff for a reasonable price (hint hint), for my Elementalist.

i bought a r9 inscribable gothic axe that has a 15^50 mod on it for 5k and a r10 tactics demonic aegis thats inscribable for 10k......I don't know the real value of either but they look nice enough for me to have brough my perma pre out of pre so she can use them

Well, my laptop harddrive was corrupted, so the IT guy at work reinstalled windows and the drivers on my system, got it working sooooo well. Boots up in about 45 seconds now!
