-20% Dazed On Shield

If i got dazed, and switched to a shield with the -20% daze, would shorten the duration?
Or would i have to have the shield equipped at the time i got dazed?

You'd need the shield equipped at the time you get dazed.

Yep, needs to be on when you get dazed. Same with all other mods like that.
